I received a defect product, what should I do?

In the unfortunate situation that you received a defective product, Balmain Hair Professional advises you to inform us on the details of your complaint by filling out the Complaint Form (DOWNLOAD) and send it to the Customer Service Center. The Customer Service Center will reply within 7 working days.
